Enquiries you choose to send

The order page prepares an email in your browser. Preparing or copying an enquiry does not submit it to us. If you send it through your email app, we receive the details you include, such as your name, email address, organisation, configuration, and notes. We use that information to respond and discuss your request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your notes.

Saved preferences and designs

This website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your theme and saved studio design. This can include your engraving text and selected options. Clear site data in your browser to remove these stored preferences. A shared design link includes its configuration in the URL, so anyone with that link can read it; avoid using private information as engraving text.

Website and email services

When you visit, hosting services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and error logs to deliver and protect the site. Email services process messages you choose to send. These services operate under their own privacy terms and may process information outside your country. Contact us if you need details about the services used for your enquiry.

The current website does not include advertising trackers or a mailing-list signup. Links to other websites and your email provider are covered by their respective privacy policies.
