Using this website
This website presents Presence Box concepts and lets you explore configurations. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit content you do not have permission to use.
Enquiries and orders
Preparing or sending an enquiry is a request for information, not a completed purchase or a reservation. No payment is collected on this website. Availability, final specifications, delivery timing, payment arrangements, and any applicable order terms must be confirmed before you decide to purchase.
Prices and delivery
Prices are in Australian dollars. The configurator shows an indicative product subtotal, including selected extras for each box. Delivery charges, applicable taxes, and any engraving costs will be stated in the final quote before payment. Please review that quote and ask about anything that is unclear.
Images and customisation
Product images and the 3D studio are concept visualisations. Colours vary between screens, and natural finishes vary between pieces. Dimensions, materials, engraving feasibility, and performance require confirmation. A saved design or preview is not a production specification.
Product use and privacy
Presence Box is designed to support phone-free rituals. It does not guarantee complete privacy, prevent every recording, or replace professional security procedures. Shielding and acoustic performance depend on the finished product, closure, devices, and conditions. Check confirmed product guidance before relying on it in a sensitive setting.
Consumer rights and returns
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. If a supplied product has a problem, contact us to discuss the appropriate remedy. Any additional change-of-mind or custom-order policy will be provided with the quote before purchase.
